Return and Refund Policy
At Hdaya, we want every customer to receive their order safely and as described. Please read our return and refund policy before placing an order.
Return Window
Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
After 3 days from delivery, we cannot accept returns or refund requests unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or required by applicable consumer protection rules.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- In its original condition
- In its original packaging
- With all accessories included
- Supported by proof of purchase
Items that are used, damaged by the customer, missing parts, or not in original packaging may not be accepted for return.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos or video proof.
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or suitable solution depending on the case.
Pre-Order Items
Some products are available as pre-order items. Pre-order items usually take around 2 weeks to arrive. Refunds or cancellations for pre-order items may not be accepted once the order has been confirmed and processing has started, unless the item is defective, unavailable, or significantly delayed.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method when possible. Refund processing time may depend on your payment provider or bank.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or wrong item, Hdaya will assist with the return process.
If the return is due to a customer request, change of mind, or incorrect order by the customer, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
